Hotel City Star - Free Airport Pickup

Hotel city star is an amazing hotel for price! this is my first time in India and I’m so happy with my choice, the free pick up from the airport is a real bonus. Yes outside is busy but that adds to the charm of the hotel. If you want to experience the real Delhi then this is the place for you, I loved getting back from a busy day and sitting at the rooftop terrace listening the chaos, I went during Diwali so it was fireworks, firecrackers and car horns galore. The room however was quiet, you wouldn’t guess you’re on such a busy road. The staff were incredibly helpful, from exchanging my money, printing things out for me, organising taxis and lending me their stapler! As a solo female traveller I always felt very safe and well looked after here. The room was big, the showers were warm and the welcome snacks were greatly appreciated. The food here was great, the paneer Makhani was a personal favourite of mine and the vegetable thali was also great - it’s a huge portion! The staff were always super friendly and attentive. If I ever return to Delhi I’ll be sure to come back, thank you hotel city star ⭐️

It's value for money, you get the comfort, hospitality and cleanliness you pay for. Good breakfast every morning, it's easily accessible to many eateries. Deepak also went out his way to make our stay comfortable. They accommodated to all our needs. From helping with hotel shuttle to airport, and walking with us to a recommended dentist, they were exceptional. Highly recommend.

Very close to New Delhi railway station (8 minutes walking). Free airport shuttle with a very good driver. Room is good, a bit old but clean and maintained. The personal is very very helpful and welcoming. They also have a travel agency that can help you with your tours.

It was clean and spacious. The bathroom was good. The staff were very helpful going above and beyond. The pickup from the airport was very good, they were waiting when we arrived after a delayed flight. I would recommend this hotel.

The best option in Delhi, in India and in Asia. I travel a lot and saw many hotels including luxury 5stars, but I never saw such an attitude to clients. The staff is super kind and helpful, they are ready to solve any issues. Breakfast is excellent. If you want to have a lunch or dinner don't look for anything, the restaurant in the hotel is the best option - super tasty and not so expensive. I will definitely come back and will recommend to my friends. Thank you guys, thanks to you we fell in love to India!
